Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is a 3L J.D. Candidate graduating in May 2016.  Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2005.  He serves as a Comment Editor of the Law Review.  As a 2L, he was a member of the Billings, Exum, and Frye National Moot Court Competition. As a 3L, he was a member of the National Health Law Moot Court Competition. He has also served as a tutor for Professor Casto’s Contracts class and as a Teaching Fellow for Professor Kime-Goodwin’s Legal Practice class.

Kevin’s legal interests include constitutional law, education law, and property law.  He will begin his career as a clerk for Justice Paul Green on the Supreme Court of Texas for the 2016–17 term.
