THE TEXAS TECH LAW REVIEW EDITING PROCESS

We strive to be transparent with and responsive to every author regarding the status of each submission. However, we will only provide redline changes to an author after the manuscript has completed the internal editing process.

Each submission undergoes multiple rounds of editing. Our editing process begins with two rounds of review by our Staff Members, with the assistance of an Articles Editor, to ensure compliance with the Bluebook, Greenbook (for Texas citations), the Manual on Usage & Style (15th ed.), and Texas Tech Law Review Rules. Thereafter, the Editor in Chief, Executive Managing Editor, and Managing Editor review and edit each submission in various stages. Once the editing process is complete, authors will receive a clean copy of their manuscript and a tracked-changes version showing each of our edits for review.

Please submit all questions to the Lead Articles Editor, Christian Shaffer, at christian.shaffer@ttu.edu

We look forward to reviewing your submission and appreciate your interest in the Texas Tech Law Review!
