Regan Pearson
Regan Pearson is a 3L J.D. Candidate graduating in May 2016. He is from Lubbock, Texas and received his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University in 2012. During his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech, Regan was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) Fraternity where he served as Social Chairman. In law school, Regan serves as an Articles Editor on the Law Review and on the Editorial Board of the Texas Bank Lawyer, a monthly publication that focuses on Commercial and Bankruptcy Law issues.
As a 1L, Regan worked as a law clerk for Brady & Hamilton, L.P., a Lubbock law firm focusing on real property issues, specifically eminent domain. As a 2L, he clerked for Field, Manning, Stone, Hawthorne, & Aycock, P.C., a multi-practice firm also in Lubbock. Prior to law school, Regan worked for the Law Offices of Howard Bailey as a document runner. Regan is interested in a variety of practice areas including Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Oil and Gas Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, and Commercial Litigation.
