Carter Bowers
Carter Bowers is a 3L J.D. Candidate graduating in May 2016. Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, he graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History. He continued to study History as a graduate student at Tech from 2011 to 2013 until enrolling at Texas Tech School of Law.
Carter is an Articles Editor for Volume 48 of the Texas Tech Law Review and has been a tutor for both 1L Torts and Constitutional Law courses. He has also been a Contributing Writer for the Texas Bank Lawyer. After his 1L year, Carter began working as a law clerk with his father’s firm, Bowers Law Office, in Lubbock and continues to assist with their personal injury practice. He is mostly interested in the general practice of civil law, with an emphasis on plaintiff’s civil litigation.
