Allison Morgan
Alli Morgan is a third-year law student who will graduate in May 2024. She was born and raised in Howe, Texas. Alli graduated from Texas Tech University in 2021, where she majored in Agricultural and Applied Economics.
In addition to serving as Editor in Chief for Volume 56 of the Texas Tech Law Review, Alli is a Legal Practice Teaching Fellow for Dr. Brie Sherwin and a member of the Board of Barristers.
During her 2L year, Alli represented Texas Tech Law as an oralist on a national mock trial team and as a brief writer on a national moot court team. Further, her comment, “Municipal Liability Under McMillian: How the Fifth Circuit’s Dual-Hat Problem Can Be Solved with a New Local Policymaker Presumption,” will be published in an upcoming edition of the Texas Tech Law Review.
Following her 2L year, Alli spent the summer in Amarillo, Texas clerking for McCarn & Weir, P.C. and the Texas Cattle Feeders Association. Alli hopes to continue focusing on both energy and agricultural law.
In her spare time, Alli enjoys golfing, traveling, and playing with her cat, Oscar!
