Talon Tarone is a second-year law student set to graduate in May 2026. Born in Utah County, Utah, and raised in Denver, Colorado, and Las Vegas, Nevada, Talon graduated from the University of Utah in 2022. He earned a major in biology with a minor in chemistry, focusing on human anatomy and physiology.
At law school, Talon actively contributes as a Staff Member for Volume 57 of the Texas Tech Law Review. He is also a member of the Federalist Society and has excelled in various competitions, including negotiations, mock trial, and moot court, where he was recognized as a top oralist and semifinalist.
After his first year of law school, Talon interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas in the Lubbock Division. During his internship, he conducted legal research, drafted motions and responses, prepared for trials, and handled various legal tasks.
Talon is happily married to his wife Haley, an accomplished interior designer. In his free time, Talon enjoys volunteering at his church, playing basketball and golf, cheering for Utah Utes football, and spending time with his two dogs, Cowboy and Bear. Talon and his wife aspire to settle and raise their family in Texas after graduation from law school.
