Subscription price is $35.00 a year (Texas residents add $2.90 sales tax). Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless notice to the contrary is received. Single issue prices are $10.50 for a regular issue (Texas residents add $0.87 sales tax), and $26.50 for a Fifth Circuit survey or symposium issue (Texas residents add $2.19 sales tax).

Only current issues can be ordered through the Law Review. The rights to past volumes are owned by William S. Hein & Co.
