Seth Paulger

Seth Paulger is a 3L J.D. candidate who will graduate in May 2025. Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Seth grew up cooking burgers and quesadillas at a baseball field while completing his high school and college education. Seth got his accounting degree at Texas Tech University.

Prior to law school, Seth worked at Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert, and Moss LLP, preparing tax returns. In addition to serving as a staff member for Volume 56 of the Texas Tech Law Review, Seth is the Vice-President of External Affairs for the Federalist Society Texas Tech Chapter and the Vice-President of the Business Law Association.

Following his 1L year, Seth interned for Judge Reed O’Connor of the Northern District of Texas, where he researched and drafted orders for dispositive motions, researched and advised Judge O’Connor on different legal issues, and sat in on a variety of trials/hearings. In his spare time, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylee; playing Super Smash Bros; having long philosophical talks around the campfire with the bros; and going to the gun range with his friends and family.
