Rebecca Reed is a third-year law student who will graduate in May 2027. She was born and raised in Midland, Texas. Rebecca graduated from St. Mary’s University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She later graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2024 with a Master of Jurisprudence in General Law. Throughout her time at St. Mary’s University, Rebecca played on the women’s golf team.
Rebecca currently serves as an Articles Editor for Texas Tech Law Review and as the Executive Managing Editor of the Journal of the Energy Law Practitioner. She also tutors first-year law students in Torts and Property. Rebecca is involved in the Energy Law Interest Group, the Federalist Society, and Phi Delta Phi. She also serves as a Director of Negotiations for the Board of Barristers.
After graduation, Rebecca will return to Midland to join the title and transactional practice group at Davis, Gerald & Cremer, P.C. When she actually has time to spare, Rebecca enjoys playing golf (from the ladies’ tees now that she is “retired”), hiking with her dogs, and rooting for mediocre sports teams.
