Patrick Chippendale is a third-year law student at Texas Tech University School of Law and will graduate in May 2027. He was raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and earned his B.B.A. with majors in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University, graduating summa cum laude.
In addition to serving as a Comment Editor for Volume 59 of the Texas Tech Law Review, Patrick competes on the National Mock Trial and Moot Court teams and assists in coaching Texas Tech’s undergraduate mock trial team.
For the past two summers, Patrick clerked at Vartabedian, Katz, Hester & Haynes in Fort Worth, where he conducted legal research and worked extensively on federal and state litigation, with a focus on oil and gas and complex commercial litigation. Patrick will return to VKHH as a first-year associate following graduation.
Patrick is engaged to his fiancée, who also attends Texas Tech Law. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, watching college football, playing the bass, and spending time with friends.
