Madeline Gower is a second-year law student who will graduate in May 2028. She grew up in Keller, Texas, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi, where she also completed coursework in journalism, business, and legal studies.
After her first year of law school, Madeline interned for Judge Scott Walker at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin, Texas, where she prepared bench briefs, assisted in drafting judicial opinions, and conducted legal research on appellate issues. She also interned with the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office in Fort Worth, Texas, where she observed trials, assisted with exhibit preparation, and drafted grand jury summaries.
Following her second year of law school, Madeline will join Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP as a Summer Associate in the firm’s Fort Worth office.
In addition to serving as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, Madeline serves as Secretary of the Organization of Women Law Students and is a Lexis Associate.
In her free time, Madeline enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, shopping, and golfing.
