Loryn McFall

Loryn McFall is a third-year law student who will graduate in May 2026. She was born and raised in Frisco, Texas. Loryn graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
 
Prior to law school, Loryn worked as a paralegal for Farmer Law PC, an immigration law firm in Austin, Texas. Loryn’s time at Farmer Law inspired her to pursue and grow her legal career further. She continued her work with Farmer Law during her 1L and 2L summers, where she drafted various legal documents and assisted attorneys in strategizing immigration solutions for several clients. 
 
During her 2L spring semester, Loryn worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable James Wesley Hendrix, Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She conducted legal research, drafted memos, and observed federal sentencing hearings.
 
In addition to serving as Student Writing Editor for Volume 58 of the Texas Tech Law Review, Loryn also works as a Legal Practice Teaching Fellow for Professor Catherine Christopher and is a student attorney for the Civil Practice Clinic. 
 
In her free time, Loryn enjoys staying active by biking, running, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
