Holden Milburn is a second-year law student who will graduate in May 2028. He is from Dallas, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated in 2025 with a degree in Finance.
Holden spent 1L summer as a summer associate with a leading aviation litigation firm, Cunningham Swaim LLP, in Dallas. Holden has gained a wealth of practical litigation experience in areas such as personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability. Working at Cunningham Swaim, Holden conducted research, drafted motions, and actively assisted partners in trial. This experience solidified Holden’s passion for litigation, and provided him with a newfound interest in aviation law.
In addition to serving as a Texas Tech Law Review Staff Member, Holden will spend his 2L year as a member of the National Mock Trial team.
When he’s not busy with law school, Holden enjoys reading, playing his guitar, and watching movies.
