Hailey Kuykendall

Hailey Kuykendall is a third-year law student who will graduate in May 2026. She was born and raised in Brunswick, Georgia, but spent several summers in New Mexico, which spurred her interest in moving to this part of the country. Hailey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with degrees in Political Science and International Affairs in December 2022.
In addition to serving as the Managing Editor for Volume 58 of Texas Tech Law Review, Hailey is a brief writer for Tech Law’s national moot court teams and a member of the Board of Barristers. During the school year, she works as a law clerk at the Lubbock City Attorney’s Office. After graduation, Hailey will serve as a judicial law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Ronald C. Griffin of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas – Midland/Odessa Division.
In her free time, Hailey enjoys reading, watching movies, attending sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and hoping for another Georgia Bulldogs national championship.
