Giuliana Hays-Angelelli is a 3L J.D. candidate who will graduate in May 2025. Giuliana was born in Austin, Texas. She attended and graduated early from Baylor University in 2021 with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis and completed the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core in the Honors College.
Prior to law school, Giuliana worked as a Medical Assistant with an internal medicine physician and a general surgeon. Giuliana has applied this background in medicine to her legal practices through a deeper understanding of medical diagnoses and medical records.
In addition to being a Texas Tech Law Review member, Giuliana is also a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and Hispanic Law Students Association.
In the summer after her 1L year, Giuliana clerked for Fadduol, Cluff, Hardy & Conaway, PC in Lubbock, Texas. During this clerkship, Giuliana was shown how to take a case from intake all the way to a verdict. She has drafted multiple policy-limits demand letters to settle cases. In addition, Giuliana has done extensive research in a variety of fields, and drafted various pleadings, motions, discovery instruments, and jury instructions. Giuliana is continuing her clerkship with Fadduol, Cluff, Hardy & Conaway, PC through her 2L academic year.
Giuliana’s plans to continue in the field of personal injury. In her free time, Giuliana enjoys sailing, traveling, cooking, playing trivia, and spending quality time with friends and family.
