Ethan Evans is a third-year law student who will graduate in May 2025. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, but spent most of his life in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2021, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology.
In addition to serving as a Texas Tech Law Review member, Ethan is a member of the Federalist Society, the Prosecution Law Association, and the Criminal Law Association. He also enjoys competing in mock trial and moot court competitions.
Following his 1L year, Ethan interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in Lubbock, Texas. There, he drafted memorandums of law and trial briefs, conducted legal research on suppression issues, and aided prosecutors in preparing for trial.
In his spare time, Ethan enjoys leisurely reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
