Elianna Rios is a J.D. candidate at Texas Tech School of Law, set to graduate in May 2026. Elianna was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Chemistry.
After her undergraduate studies, Elianna worked as a file clerk at Kemp Smith LLP for two years before attending Texas Tech School of Law. Following her first year of law school, she returned to Kemp Smith as a summer clerk. In this role, she conducted legal research and drafted briefs and various legal documents, including contracts, ancillary documents, and court motions for the firm’s employment, trial, and business departments.
In her spare time, Elianna enjoys reading mystery novels, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
