Cole Palmer is a second-year law student who will graduate in May 2026. Cole graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
Following his time as a Red Raider, Cole decided to continue to be a Red Raider and began attending law school at Texas Tech. During his 1L year, Cole wrote blurbs for the Texas Bank Lawyer, volunteered as a VITA tax preparer, and worked as a file clerk at Bigbee & Curtis Law, LLP.
Cole continued to work at Bigbee & Curtis the summer after his 1L year as a law clerk. As a law clerk, Cole gained experience in civil litigation, real estate, and oil and gas transactions.
In addition to serving as a Texas Tech Law Review member, Cole is a staff member of the Journal of the Energy Law Practitioner and will continue clerking with Bigbee & Curtis.
Outside the legal world, Cole enjoys playing racquetball, reading, and watching Texas Tech sports.
