Caleb Kunde is a third-year law student who will graduate in May 2025. He was born and raised in Marion, Texas. Caleb graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2021, majoring in Animal Science with a concentration in Meat Science. While at Tech, Caleb was on the 2021 National Champion Meat Judging Team.
In addition to serving as a staff member for Volume 56 of Texas Tech Law Review, Caleb participates in Board of Barrister advocacy competitions, is part of the National Advocacy Program, and is a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
Following his 1L year, Caleb spent the first half of his summer interning for the Honorable James Wesley Hendrix at the Northern District Court of Texas. After this wonderful experience, Caleb spent the second half of his summer clerking at Brady & Hamilton LLP, where he was exposed to complex commercial litigation, specifically with eminent domain proceedings. These experiences allowed Caleb to be exposed to areas of law he had never been involved in and strengthen his legal writing and research skills. Caleb’s primary legal interests include civil rights and agricultural law. When he has free time, Caleb enjoys playing golf or 42 with his fiancée and friends.
