Brinn Hammond

Brinn Hammond is a second-year law student at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she will graduate in May of 2028. Brinn graduated from Boerne Champion High School before attending The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated in May of 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society with a minor in Business and Public Policy.

Following her first year of law school, Brinn worked as a wilderness backpacking and adventure guide, leading groups through backcountry trips while prioritizing safety, teamwork, and personal growth. In this role, she developed her leadership and problem-solving skills while helping participants navigate challenging outdoor experiences and build confidence as a team.

At Texas Tech Law, Brinn has distinguished herself in advocacy through Board of Barristers competitions. During her second year, she will represent Texas Tech as a member of the National Negotiations Team.

Brinn’s legal interests include international human rights, criminal law, and issues affecting children and families. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and trying new things.
