Autumn Rachui

Autumn Rachui is a second-year law student at Texas Tech University School of Law who plans to graduate in May 2028. She grew up in Franklin, Texas and earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where she competed on the Texas Equestrian Team.

Throughout her first year of law school, Autumn enjoyed competing in 1L Negotiations, Mock Trial, and Moot Court. In addition to serving as a Volume 59 Staff Member, Autumn is also the Social Media Chair for OUTLaw, the law school’s token LGBTQIA+ student org focused on advocating for the queer community and encouraging open discussion of current civil rights issues. After her first year, Autumn interned at the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in case law research, exhibit building, witness meetings, and evidence review.

Autumn is married to her high school sweetheart, Kobe, who is a workover rig operator in West Texas. She continues to work part-time in HR at ResProp, a property management company that took her on during her freshman year at UT. In whatever spare time she can find, she enjoys figure skating, creating art for her Etsy shop, hunting, twirling, drag racing, and playing with their lab, rottie, and two cats.
