Tyler DePonte is a second-year law student who will graduate in May 2027. He was raised in Frisco, Texas. Tyler graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
During his 1L summer, Tyler clerked at KRW Lawyers in San Antonio where he focused on personal injury research and legal document preparation. He continues to work with KRW Lawyers through his 2025 Fall semester remotely.
In addition to serving as a Texas Tech Law Review member, Tyler serves as the Intellectual Property Student Association President.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys competitive gaming, reading science fiction, traveling, and spending time with his family.
