Jonathon Gabehart

Jonathon Gabehart is a J.D. candidate who will graduate in May 2026. Jonathon was raised in Big Spring, Texas, and attended  Texas Tech University for undergrad, where he received a degree in History with a Minor in Legal Studies.
In addition to serving as the Editor-in-Chief, Jonathon also serves as the Student Bar Association Vice-President for Student Organizations. He is also a member of the Federalist Society, the Christian Legal Society, and the Energy Law Interest Group.
After graduation, Jonathon will serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James Wesley Hendrix of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas during the 2026-2027 term. Following his clerkship, Jonathon will work as an associate with Kelly, Hart & Hallman in Midland, Texas, working in oil and gas litigation.
Jonathon is married and his lovely wife works as an Occupational Therapist. In his spare time, Jonathon enjoys reading, traveling, bowhunting, and woodworking.
