Maycee Redfearn is a third-year J.D. candidate who will graduate in May 2025. She was born and raised in St. George, Utah. Maycee graduated from the University of Utah in 2021, majoring in political science and minoring in chemistry.
Before law school, Maycee worked as a Compliance Manager in the mortgage industry. There, her passion for the legal field grew and solidified her desire to become an attorney.
In addition to serving as an Articles Editor for Volume 57 of Texas Tech Law Review, Maycee is also the Managing Editor for Volume 48 of Texas Bank Lawyer. Outside of legal writing, she has a passion for courtroom advocacy. This year, she looks forward to serving as the Vice Chair of Judges for Texas Tech’s Board of Barristers.
After graduation, Maycee is excited to work alongside the excellent attorneys at Jenkins Bagley Sperry, PLLC. She is eager to grow her knowledge of real-estate law, litigation, HOA law, and more.
In her spare time, Maycee enjoys playing the piano, spending quality time with friends and family, traveling abroad, and reading.
