Shelby Broaddus is a J.D. candidate graduating in May 2018. Shelby was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin as an undergraduate. While at the University of Texas, Shelby earned her degrees in Psychology and Government and served as a research assistant in the Adolescent Development Research Lab.
In addition to being a Staff Member for the Texas Tech Law Review, Shelby is a member of Phi Delta Phi and volunteers with various Autism organizations. During the summer of 2016, Shelby served as an intern at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas for the Honorable Anne T. Berton. Shelby’s legal interests include real estate, estate planning, and employment law.
