Rachel Holland is a J.D. candidate for the Class of 2018 and a Staff Member for Volume 49 of the Texas Tech Law Review. She moved frequently growing up as an Army dependent, but considers Comfort, Texas home. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Rachel is currently a member of Phi Delta Phi and tutors for Professor Robert Weninger’s Civil Procedure course. She is also an oralist for a National Moot Court Competition team. Rachel’s legal interests include family law, administrative law, and appellate law. For the last three summers, Rachel has worked for a family and real estate law firm in Boerne, Texas.
