Keirsten Hamilton is a 3L J.D./M.B.A. candidate graduating in May 2017. She is originally from Groesbeck, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English. Before attending law school, she worked in the oil and gas industry in Houston, Texas.
Keirsten is an Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review and served as a Property Tutor and Research Assistant for Professor Alex Pearl. During law school, she served as an extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Nancy Koenig, and she is spending her last semester of law school externing at the Supreme Court of Texas through Texas Tech’s Regional Externship Program. Keirsten’s legal interests include oil and gas, real estate, and corporate law. She will begin her career at Harris Finley & Bogle, PC in Fort Worth, Texas, as an associate attorney in the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Lending practice group.
