Justin Stevens is currently a Comment Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. He is a J.D. candidate and anticipates graduating in May 2017. Justin is a native of El Paso, Texas, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2011. He also received his Master of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2014.
Justin is currently employed at the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office as an Appellate Clerk, having previously completed a summer internship there. He is also a BARBRI Student Representative. He is interested in criminal law, constitutional law, and insurance defense law as areas of practice. His Law Review Comment examines the constitutionality of the National Firearms Act of 1934.
