Welcome to the Texas Tech Law Review’s transition website. For over a year, we have been dilligently working to redevelop our website, and we hope to launch our new site soon. We are working hard to create an innovative website that enables us to easily deliver timely and relevant legal scholarship to the public. In order to accomplish this goal, we are employing the most advanced technology that is currently available. As a result, TTLR Online will be a website that not only looks sharp, but it will also be a website that is rich in features.
