Danny Barber is a 3L J.D. candidate graduating in May 2018. Danny grew up in El Paso, Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2012. Before attending law school, Danny worked in the entertainment business as a stage rigger for concerts, festivals, and sporting events.
Danny serves Volume 50 of the Texas Tech Law Review as an articles editor. Danny also works as a research assistant for Professor Gerry Beyer, researching various legal issues and recent developments in wills, trusts, and estate administration. Danny’s experience includes interning for the Honorable Patricia B. Chew in Statutory Probate Court One and working with Darron Powell, PLLC, a probate litigation firm. Danny likes probate litigation, sports agency practice, and transactional work in the entertainment business.
